Maison Martin Margiela x H&M Plexi Wedge Booties

Designer capsule collections never really bothered me, mostly because I found most items to be way too overpriced and . Maison Martin Margiela x H&M was no different for me. I know many consider Margiela to be a fashion visionary, but I finnd most of his clothes simply unwearable. It’s just not my style. However, I always used to have a soft spot for his shoe line and the shoes from Margiela’s capsule collection for H&M really resonated with me. My absolute favorite style were the wedge booties with the lucite wedge heel but $350 for a pair of H&M shoes? Uh, thank you, but no, thank you!

Style Blogger Mireia from My Daily Style Loves Maison Martin Margiela x H&M

While I think $171.99 is still quite a lot of money for an H&M-quality item, these lucite heel wedge booties by Choies which look almost identical to the Margiela x H&M wedges are still about 50% cheaper and made of real leather, too, just like the real Margielas. Plus, you can save another 20% with the promo code above which cuts down the price to a reasonable $137.59 (the store offers free worldwide shipping, too). Now that’s a deal, right?

Boyfriend pants trend

Slip into boyfriend jeans that you’d never let go. It’s the month of love, but ife you’re riding solo don’t be distressed…here you’ll find the perfect boyfriend for you. Get ready to go steady with the relaxed fit and flattering cuts of boyfriend jeans. See why there’s an obsession with this classic denim staple and its easy-going trouser silhouette.

Adding a pop of color to keep the outfit fun. This oversized yellow envelope clutch definitely does the trick!

STYLING NOTE: Cuff your denim, then add strappy heels for an effortlessy-chic aesthetic that’s day-to-night friendly.

Sarah Jessica Parker wearing Casadei Crystal Encrusted Ankle Strap Sandals

There’s something about a bedazzled high heel that always gets my attention. Which is probably the desired reaction with sparkling, crystal-adorned footwear. A beautiful paramount example would have to be this beautiful crystal-encrusted ankle strap sandal by Casadei. Imagine how amazing these sparklers would look with your favorite little black dress! Total eye-catchers!

If you want to sparkle on a budget, then Chinese Laundry has got your back. Their “Classy Bidniz” high heels are an almost identical clone of the Casadei originals in a beautiful silvery hue. Now that’s a pretty neat deal, right?

New Year’s Eve Look

New Year’s Eve is fast approaching and don’t have anything to wear? While metallics are a tried-and-true New Year’s Eve uniform, I like to go for something unexpected. Black lace is a fresh, sexy fabric perfect for ringing in 2013.

If a casual night in is in the works, go for luxe materials in comfortable silhouettes. Exaggerated harem pants are quite a statement, but in matte black lace, they read chic and down to earth. Throw on a simple cashmere sweater in matching black for a soft and cozy, yet party-appropriate look. Finish it off with bright pink (and very sexy) heels to add a little extra NYE flair.

For a night out, you can’t go wrong with a body-con silhouette, but mix it up with an eye-catching accesorize. A LBD takes on a whole new personality when paired with bright, playful accessories.

Christian Louboutin Supra Fifre Thigh-high Boots

Thigh-high boots are dangerous territory because they can easily look…well, wrong. Think cheap-y and stripperish! But let us not judge too hasty here because over-the-knee boots can also look super hot and fabulous. Case in point? These Christian Louboutin OTK boots. The black suede tones down the Pretty Woman resemblance factor by quite a bit while the lacing detail gives them a vintage Victorian feel.

These are thigh-high boots done right, but oh, €1,335 for a pair? I think I’ll have to pass this time!

So you want Louboutin style but for less – a lot less – right? Well, worry not, Berskha has got you covered. Don’t be fooled though, the boots are from a past season. Anyway, I love the way that blogger Laura Ruiz – Ármodi  wear them.

Came across these Louboutin inspired faux suede OTK boots by JustFab. What do you think about these? Yay or nay?
