Look 4 less | Isabel Marant | Lauryn Blouse

The only designer who could make a Western style outfit look insanely cool and fashionable would have to be “Designer of the moment“, Madame Isabel Marant! Her Fall 2012 collection had a clear Western/cowgirl theme going on and even though I probably wouldn’t wear a head-to-toe look from that collection myself in order to avoid looking like I am disguising myself and trying too hard, there are definitely a number of items which I wouldn’t mind having in my wardrobe. I’m not sure what to think of this particular yoked cowgirl shirt though, especially not after seeing the hefty price tag!

If you’re an Isabel Marant fangirl on a tight budget, try this Marant-inspired shirt by Dorothy Perkins to get the same cowgirl look. It’s not a 1:1 copy, but the inspiration is quite obvious to see here. Currently on sale for only $29!

Maison Martin Margiela x H&M Plexi Wedge Booties

Designer capsule collections never really bothered me, mostly because I found most items to be way too overpriced and . Maison Martin Margiela x H&M was no different for me. I know many consider Margiela to be a fashion visionary, but I finnd most of his clothes simply unwearable. It’s just not my style. However, I always used to have a soft spot for his shoe line and the shoes from Margiela’s capsule collection for H&M really resonated with me. My absolute favorite style were the wedge booties with the lucite wedge heel but $350 for a pair of H&M shoes? Uh, thank you, but no, thank you!

Style Blogger Mireia from My Daily Style Loves Maison Martin Margiela x H&M

While I think $171.99 is still quite a lot of money for an H&M-quality item, these lucite heel wedge booties by Choies which look almost identical to the Margiela x H&M wedges are still about 50% cheaper and made of real leather, too, just like the real Margielas. Plus, you can save another 20% with the promo code above which cuts down the price to a reasonable $137.59 (the store offers free worldwide shipping, too). Now that’s a deal, right?

Kate Moss has been wearing her new sunshine Gloucester Croco clutch in crocodile-style calfskin from the “Kate Moss for Longchamp” collection for Spring 2013. During the day, paired with a leopard print or at night with a black fringe dress, she always rocks the place with style.
